- Warehouse Handler Location : Renton, Wa Employment Type : Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to keep our facility clean, well-organized, and running smoothly.

- Key Responsibilities Cleaning & Care of Facility Perform daily cleaning of aisles, workstations, equipment, and break areas.
- Sweep, mop, remove trash / packaging, and maintain clear, hazard-free walkways.
- Conduct regular deep-clean tasks (racks, drains, high / low dusting) per schedule.
- Organization & Inventory Readiness Organize shelves, bins, and pallet locations; ensure items are labeled and easy to find.
- Restock commonly used supplies; break down and recycle corrugate / plastics.
- Assist with cycle counts and spot checks; report discrepancies promptly.
- Order Picking & Fulfillment Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists / handheld scanners.
- Stage, verify, and package orders with correct quantities and lot / expiration tracking.
- Load / unload trucks; receive, inspect, and put away inbound materials.
- Safety & Teamwork Follow all safety, PPE, and housekeeping standards (5S mindset).
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and (if certified) forklifts safely.
- Communicate clearly with leads and support continuous improvement.
- Qualifications 1+ year warehouse, distribution, or stockroom experience preferred.
- Comfortable with routine cleaning and hands-on organizing throughout the shift.
- Proven accuracy in order picking; basic math and scanner use required.
- Able to lift / move up to 50 lbs regularly; stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
