Please note that this position is based out of Escondido, CA and is a Part-Time Role up to 25 hours.

The Marketing Assistant at Erickson-Hall Construction Co. will need to be open to learning, disciplined and systems-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently and have a genuine interest in helping team members with a positive and proactive attitude. Additionally, the position focuses on a variety of timely and accurate marketing projects, provides ongoing updates to our marketing systems, and assists with materials coordination and general department organization.

Essential Duties :

• Provide administrative support on active marketing projects to the marketing team.
• Support the Senior Marketing Director and marketing team to deliver quality external and internal products and services.
• Work with and provide data entry into marketing systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet marketing objectives
• Maintain the front reception area and the marketing department area
• Ability to take meeting minutes
• Maintain the physical and electronic filing system for each project, adhering to company standards
• Follow up with responsible parties to obtain / coordinate information, events and communications as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
