Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patients' needs. This role requires identifying patient needs and determining priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The RN will develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments. Responsibilities also include initiating assessments based on patients' problems or needs, performing therapeutic nursing interventions, managing care of patients, and documenting care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and / or clinical priorities.
