Duties

Develop luxury leather goods collections for men's and women's (including bags, belts, small leather goods, and home goods) in line with the world of Ralph Lauren. Research trends and develop strong concepts and ideas, maintaining a unique and sophisticated aesthetic. Create new designs for the main collections, bespoke and special projects (VIP, limited collections, etc.). Propose innovative ideas for color and material animations using sketching, rendering, and 3D software. Collaborate with the Merchandiser to ensure the range is aligned and developed as a coherent collection. Work with the R&D team for research, product development, and sampling. Participate in bespoke experiences, supporting the Bespoke Manager in guiding clients. Support the creative side of the business across all departments.
