PURPOSE : The classroom Paraprofessional assists the instructor in creating a positive learning environment to facilitate the personal, social, and intellectual development of students. This position will also have office assistant responsibilities. To accomplish these tasks, the Paraprofessional has to work closely with the staff and administration of the district. The office assistant works closely with the building administrator and administrative assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Health and Tuberculin Certificates on file (after employee offer is made)
