Dietary Aide / Cook

CareCore at Lima is seeking a dedicated and dependable Dietary Aide / Cook to join our team. Job Responsibilities :

As a Dietary Aide / Cook, your duties will include :

• Preparing and serving meals in accordance with residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
• Following menus and recipes while adhering to portion control and food safety standards.
• Assisting with food prep, meal plating, and serving in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining, and food storage areas.
• Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Communicating with staff to accommodate special dietary requirements or food allergies.
• Assisting in inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
