Client Counsel : Advise on compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance for corporates and insurers, leveraging the firm’s 70%+ pre-trial win rate. Credentials : J.D. from an accredited program; active California Bar membership. Experience : 3+ years in personal injury defense or general liability (premises, auto, or employment torts a plus); motion practice and discovery expertise required. Traits : Sharp analytics, persuasive advocacy, client-focused hustle. SoCal networks a bonus. Compensation : Up to $200K (negotiable for top talent), plus transparent bonuses tied to case wins, billables, and business development—six-figure potential.
