This role is pivotal in aligning creative vision with production viability, ensuring that every project we undertake is both inspiring and executable.

Responsibilities

Estimating & Budgeting

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for custom exhibits, environments, and interactive installations.
• Evaluate and quantify labor, materials, subcontractor services, equipment, and logistics for each project.
• Analyze design documentation including renderings, technical drawings, and written briefs to scope complexity and requirements.
• Propose value-engineered alternatives that balance creative integrity with budget realities.
• Maintain up-to-date cost libraries, labor rates, and vendor data to support reliable forecasting.
