What You'll Be Doing :
Track and update executive action items diligently to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Engage with global teams across various time zones to support project delivery.Analyze financial data to identify performance issues and propose corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement recovery plans.Develop accessible and insightful visual reports for senior management.Leverage AI, including Large Language Models and machine learning, to enhance project outcomes.Manage special projects such as new site setups, product launches, and production line transfers.Work closely with manufacturing teams to understand operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in a technical manufacturing role.Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.Advanced Excel skills for cost simulation and analysis.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to work flexible hours, including outside of normal office times, to support global operations.Bonus Points If You Have :
