Job Overview

We are seeking a Performance Testing Engineer for our long-term, multi-year project based in Jersey City, NJ & Monterey Park, CA

Responsibilities

• Build scripts in Vugen and execute performance tests using Performance Center
• Experience with Batch Performance testing and problem solving skills
• Set up monitors and gather performance statistics during test execution
• Develop and maintain end-to-end technical and business process improvements
• Understand performance test environments and sizing
• Identify performance issues using Performance Diagnostics Tool, analyze results, and share observations with stakeholders
• Generate test summary reports for management review
• Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures
• Communicate effectively with teams and conduct meetings
• Display excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work off-hours for testing
