Position : HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay Range : $45,000–$80,000 per year

Location : Work Locally – No Long Commutes

Primary Purpose

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the trusted professional who ensures customer satisfaction through expert maintenance and diagnosis of residential HVAC systems. You’ll deliver top-tier service with integrity, professionalism, and a smile—no installation work required!

️ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct seasonal maintenance and system inspections (furnaces, A / Cs, heat pumps, etc.)
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related HVAC issues
• Educate homeowners on system operation and energy-saving practices
• Keep detailed, accurate records of services and materials used
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment on every job site
• Stay informed on emerging HVAC technology and industry best practices
