trauma center, with three rural health clinics and a new Emergency

Mt. Shasta has a catchment area of 17,000 lives and is surrounded by

lakes, hiking, skiing lifts and many more amazing outdoor adventures. This

is an amazing opportunity to provide healthcare services to a rural

community and enjoy the natural beauty of Northern California.

We are currently recruiting for an FP / OB, who would be working in our

clinic and hospital as an employed physician.  Must be qualified to handle c-sections.

The current schedule is 4 days a week, 10hr days, plus 1 in 3 hospital

coverage.

The employment offer :

Base Salary Starting at $260,000 (not including call pay, WRVu Bonus, or retention bonus)

First Year Estimated Compensation $380,000+

Sign-on bonus of $50,000
