This position blends the analytical precision of estimating with the leadership of project management. The ideal candidate will manage projects from bid through completion — ensuring accurate pricing, successful award, and flawless execution.

• Analyze civil drawings, project plans, and specifications to produce accurate, competitive bids.
• Calculate quantities for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Obtain and assess quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and ensure timely submission.
