Position Summary
The Firm is a national litigation firm with twenty-nine offices in fifteen states who are currently seeking a Director of Revenue for their Atlanta location. They are conveniently located in the Galleria, just steps from Truist Park. The Director of Revenue serves on a team who directly report to the Chief Financial Officer. This position is responsible for all billing and collection efforts for the Firm and includes management of the billing department based in Atlanta. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, technically savvy, learns quickly, a team player, and is highly organized. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of management leadership experience with large revenue collections teams. A background in the professional services industry is preferred.

Position Responsibilities
Foster a team environment by providing best management practices to the departmentSupervise a large team of employees, including hiring, training, determining workloads, setting schedules, and deadlinesDirects interaction with clients to resolve payment issues if requiredDesign and implement procedures for accounts receivables and ensure timely collectionRepresent the department in meetings with the Managing Partner and other leadershipInterface with vendors on behalf of the FirmProvide analytical insight into the functions of bill collectingAssess and review daily billing work queuesDevelop and create documentation of procedures and protocolsAnalyze, report, and facilitate meetings related to payment trendsWork with CFO in establishing billing and collection goals, and fostering an environment to drive meeting these goalsMonitor and communicate fluctuations in revenue collecting activitiesCollaborate and communicate effectively with Attorneys, Paralegals, and ClientsMaintain a high level of confidentialityMust maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times with a positive attitudeOther duties and special projects as assignedRequired Skills and Abilities
5+ years of proven management experience leading fast past, high volume billing teamsAbility to develop, train, and motivate teamsHigh analytical skills and technical systems knowledge (SQL, V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal requiredAccuracy and attention to detail a must in our precise and deadline driven environmentAbility to track, lead, initiate and complete multiple projects across several geographic locations simultaneouslyEducation and Credentials
