Job Description

Serve as the field leader for all building and construction activities on assigned projects. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance and quality. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Oversee subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Public Works should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on DSA-regulated school projects (K-12 or higher education).
• Knowledge of healthcare/OSHPD projects is a plus.
• Expertise in ground-up building and construction and occupied building environments.
• Strong understanding of concrete, structural steel, MEP systems, and trade sequencing.
• Ability to use scheduling tools and manage BIM-based coordination.
• Los Angeles building experience preferred.
