Job Summary : The Program Director, under the direct supervision of the Vice President, establishes and drives a positive culture ensuring clients, referral sources, stakeholders, and team members are treated with dignity and respect. The incumbent maintains compliant and quality services within a designated business unit by executing and monitoring quality assurance procedures while performing essential job duties.
