Job descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any security-related issues or hazards as observed. Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements. Support emergency response efforts as needed, following established protocols and directions from site leadership. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol
As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
