What You Bring

The needed skills and experience for this role include ...

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong visual communication skills across 2D platforms.

Excellent organizational and file management skills

Creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

In-depth understanding of aesthetics and cultural trends in interiors and home furnishings.

Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.

Demonstrates professionalism, maturity, self-awareness, empathy, and emotional intelligence while understanding business goals

Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in business, corporate, or project strategy.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Architecture or Product Design, or a related field.

You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the US and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or withoutaccommodations

Compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $24.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business / organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
