Job descriptionPurpose-Driven Work : Make a direct impact on residents' growth and independence. Training & Development : Gain skills in mental health support, MAP certification, and more. Collaborative Culture : Join a team dedicated to dignity, respect, and evidence-based practices. Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents' needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. High school diploma / GED; mental health experience preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. Bonus : Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).

Schedule : 30 hrs - Sun-Thurs 9a-3p
FLSA : Non Exempt
