Our medical department is dedicated to helping our clients improve their lives through a coordinated approach to care involving clients, their caregivers, their clinical staff, and primary care providers. We are proud to be part of a state-wide community of people who share our values, and part of a company that supports us so we can support our clients!

What You'll Do

• Work in clinic to maintain a caseload and work with other members of the Medical Team to promote stability, recovery, and community integration
• Monitor vital signs, glucose, medication side effects, etc. and report findings as required
• Administer and provide medication to patients according to physician / ANP / PA orders
• Work with team and patients in developing / following the optimal treatment / service plan
• Participate in facilitating crisis interventions, referrals, and hospitalizations as appropriate
