• Inpatient Rehab / ARU Experience

Description :

The director will confirm the schedule.

The unit has 30 beds.

There are 35 staff members.

Staff includes day shift PT, OT, SLP, and Rehab Techs.

Night shift staff is available.

The patient ratio is 5-6 patients per therapist.

Patients receive 5-6 hours of treatment.

Typical equipment includes EMR.

Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role.

Preferred candidates will have experience with the geriatric population, including stroke, hip fractures, debility, amputees, cardiac issues, and spine surgery.

Therapy is provided for 3 hours, 5-7 days a week :

Ideal candidates are friendly, bubbly, flexible, and hard workers.

Work 2-4 weekend shifts per month, with a flex day during the week.
