• Lead the strategic planning and execution of complex, multi-region professional and adoption service programs that deliver superior outcomes and align with corporate goals.
• Oversee approval and governance of high-impact global projects, ensuring all financial, operational, and strategic requirements are met to maximize business value.
• Define and implement the long-term vision for the services portfolio, driving innovation, scalability, and competitive differentiation through modernized delivery models.
• Partner cross-functionally with business units, marketing, and sales to design integrated go-to-market strategies that enhance customer experience and market share.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

You're the right fit if : You've acquired 8+ years of experience (with a Bachelor's) or 6+ years of experience (with a Master's) in service delivery, performance management, or program implementation, leading complex global initiatives. Your skills include strategic planning, program and project management, change management, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen; bonus if you bring expertise in AI adoption, continuous improvement, or automation initiatives. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. You're an influential, collaborative leader with strong communication skills, able to drive cross-functional alignment, manage executive-level escalations, and lead teams through transformation in a global environment.

How we work together : We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is a field role.

Philips Transparency Details : The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $137,513 to $220,020. The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $144,750 to $231,600. The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $151,988 to $243,180. The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $162,120 to $259,392. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
