Active, unrestricted RN license from the state where you will work. At least 6 months of RN experience. Ability to push, pull, support, and lift a minimum of 80 pounds. Physical stamina required for long hours of standing and walking. Current CPR certification (Basic Life Support preferred). Annual physical examination. Current negative TB test results. Completed COVID-19 Vaccination. Assessing and monitoring patient health to ensure optimal outcomes. Administering and documenting medications following facility protocols. Transcribing and executing physician orders accurately. Delegating tasks to nursing aides while ensuring quality care. Overseeing nursing and clinical care activities. Systematically collecting assessment data. Reviewing and analyzing data from other healthcare professionals. Creating care plans that outline nursing actions to achieve patient goals. Identifying patient and family educational needs and implementing appropriate strategies. Communicating effectively in both written and verbal formats. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Maintaining flexibility regarding patient assignments and staffing adjustments. Promoting a positive work environment.
