Job description

Sales Representative Account Executive

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, closing, client retention, education, and business reviews
  • Educate healthcare providers on a portfolio of high-quality diagnostic services to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze competitive market trends, including pricing and service offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing and other sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain key client relationships to support strategic growth initiatives
  • Promote both current offerings and new product launches
  • Provide responsive service and solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate data, generate weekly reports, and manage pipeline activity

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable with a strong drive for results
  • Proven ability to close deals in a competitive sales environment
  • Strong commitment to customer service and understanding of client needs
  • Proficient in CRM systems and basic office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with healthcare providers, health systems, specialty groups, or community health organizations
  • Preferred Experience :

  • 25 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical field
  • Familiarity with areas such as Primary Care, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Women's Health, Oncology, Infectious Disease, GI, Rheumatology, Pathology, or Surgical Centers
