Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline, or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of project, program, or data analysis experience may be considered in lieu of degree 3+ years of experience in project or program analysis or data analysis Experience with USMC maintenance data specialist processes and procedures Experience conducting briefings to Military & Civil Service personnel 3+ years of experience supporting DoD programs or related organizations Be familiar with the Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) organization and operations Be familiar with the S1000D specification for technical writing Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active secret clearance The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
Management Analyst
Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is an on-site position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
- Participates as a member of and / or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to systems testing and product programs
- Track program / project status and schedules
- Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures
- Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance
- CONUS Travel up to 10%
