Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Case Manager - PI, located in Atlanta, GA with the flexibility of some work from home. The Medical Case Manager will be responsible for managing patient cases, coordinating care, and providing support to patients with neurological conditions. Daily tasks include developing care plans, liaising with healthcare providers, and monitoring patient progress. Ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to healthcare regulations are also vital aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Case Management using Athena
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience with neurological patient care is a plus
• Certification in Case Management (CCM) or similar credentials is preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
