What We're Looking For :

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated On-Call Handyman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll need to be good with tools, problem-solving, and people.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform a variety of non-licensed repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties

Handle drywall repairs, patchwork, and interior painting

Assemble furniture and install appliances, fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, blinds, and other household items

Perform caulking, minor tile repair, and door or trim adjustments

Maintain a clean and professional job site

Communicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer service

Track time, materials, and work completed using our digital systems

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in general handyman work or skilled trades

Own reliable transportation and basic hand / power tools

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a professional appearance

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Background check may be required

Bonus Points If You Have :

Carpentry or light remodeling experience

Your own business license or insurance (not required, but a plus)

Bilingual skills (English / Spanish)
