Legal Secretary

Our client is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their boutique San Francisco-based law firm. We are seeking somebody to provide high-quality service to the attorneys, clients, staff, and potential clients. This position handles reception coverage, calendaring consults, running conflict checks, and some other basic tasks for the office. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, with good customer service skills, is technologically savvy, and is interested in gaining experience in or working within a legal setting.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum three years of receptionist experience in a professional environment; law firm experience preferred.
2. Strong client services background, with emphasis on organization, initiative, and attention to detail.
3. Technology proficient; experience with RingCentral and MyCase is a plus.
4. Ability to work in a high-volume work environment. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to perform document management using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. Knowledge of audio-visual systems and other technology used to support meetings.
8. Some understanding of Mandarin is a plus.
