The Sr. Analyst, SAP EDI will support and enhance the enterprise EDI ecosystem utilized across the the firm. This role is responsible for EDI support, business process development, system administration, and trading partner onboarding in collaboration with EDI Managed Service Providers. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with business units, trading partners, and IT leadership to ensure EDI operations align with company standards, goals, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications : Required
- 6+ years of EDI setup, configuration, and monitoring experience in a large enterprise environment.
- 5+ years of EDI support across multiple functional areas (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Execution).
- Experience in the Food Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC EDI support and configuration.
- Expertise with SAP output types and IDoc types (sales orders, order confirmations, shipments, invoices, purchase orders, etc.).
- Experience working with EDI Managed Service Providers (SPS, Cleo, etc.).
- Understanding of EDI transactions for OTC and Supply Chain Execution.
- Knowledge of connectivity protocols such as AS2 (HTTP / HTTPS), SFTP / FTP.
- Understanding of integration points between SAP OTC, Supply Chain Execution, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Experience using support ticketing systems and project management applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred
Food Industry and / or CPG experience.Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA EDI setup and support.Experience with Cleo Integration Cloud for EDI integration / development.Experience with Gentran.Responsibilities :
Coordinate EDI activities across IT, business stakeholders, and Managed Service Providers.Create and maintain EDI transaction mapping specifications and documentation.Configure SAP EDI components such as partner profiles and output types.Monitor IDoc failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.Lead and participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.Support all inbound and outbound EDI transactions across internal and external trading partners.Participate in SAP ECC & AS400 ? SAP S / 4HANA migration workshops regarding EDI.Analyze and interpret trading partner requirements to support process improvements, enhancements, and issue resolution.Document EDI development, testing, and implementation activities.Support design and implementation of new EDI applications and integration strategies.Develop and maintain standardized, repeatable processes for EDI development and deployment.Perform SAP EDI configuration, mapping, and system administration tasks.Manage and monitor EDI support mailboxes, ensuring timely issue resolution as the primary point of contact.Compensation : $140,000 annually + bonus
