Job purpose :

The Lead Baker oversees daily tasks, production runs, and inventory while maintaining food safety, sanitation, and proper documentation. This role leads bakery production by ensuring products are prepared accurately, on time, and to quality standards. The position is hands-on, combining baking responsibilities with organization, collaboration, and staff training to ensure high-quality baked goods for University Housing and Dining (UHD).
