About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the organization, working closely with the CEO and executive team to provide strategic financial guidance that supports the company's growth. This leadership position requires a candidate with a strong financial background and a collaborative, approachable leadership style to mentor and lead finance, accounting, and IT teams, and to foster effective cross-functional relationships.

Key responsibilities for the CFO include overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, tax, IT, and budgeting functions, delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasts, and analysis, and strengthening financial controls and compliance. The successful candidate will also be involved in supporting strategic initiatives, investments, and key stakeholder relationships, as well as improving systems and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO in growth-oriented companies, with a preference for those with experience in M&A, multi-entity financial oversight, and GAAP compliance. A hands-on, collaborative leadership style, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment are essential.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred, MBA ideal) and at least 10 years of experience leading finance, accounting, and IT teams in multi-site operations. The role demands a leader who is adaptable, team-focused, and has a demonstrated ability to improve organizational infrastructure, processes, and systems.
