As the front-line ambassador of our Club, you'll help create a warm, safe, and organized environment where every child and family feels valued. Employment Status : Part Time (25 per week minimum - 35 per week maximum)

PRIMARY FUNCTION : The Boys and Girls Club of Douglas Member Services Assistant provides regular clerical and administrative support to Club members and staff. Duties include greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding the Boys & Girls Club services, and receiving monies for membership accounts. In addition, maintain electronic attendance for all members, maintain member schedules, and assist in reporting as needed.

KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities) :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT : Work involves lifting 30 pounds occasionally. This position requires walking / standing to a significant degree; This position requires sitting a good portion of the day.
