Respond to users' requests for IT assistance, providing support via phone, email, or in-person.
Install and set up new hardware (desktops, laptops, printers), software, and user accounts.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including system crashes, slow internet, and malfunctioning peripherals.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure to ensure efficient operation.
Keep records of software and equipment, document technical fixes, and update knowledge bases for future reference.
Train users on new software and hardware, and provide guidance on technical issues.
Required Skills
Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and networking.
Ability to perform hardware diagnostics and use imaging software.
