The compensation for the role is fully commission-based

Responsibilities

Agents are set up for success by being assigned a territory (agency) with an established book of in-force business.

Day-to-day Activities

• Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model
• Continuously prospect for sales opportunities
• Collect premiums from policyholders based on a pre-arranged schedule
• Respond promptly to policyholder service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.
• Keep records, account for money collected, and process paperwork
