About the Role

Title : Investment Partner / General Partner

As an Investment Partner , you'll shape the investment thesis and lead the charge on deal origination, execution, and team growth. You may have ownership over a sector, geography, or strategy, and will be expected to drive returns while mentoring junior professionals.

What You'll Do :

Set firm strategy and manage full lifecycle of investments

Lead fund-level decisions and serve on the Investment Committee

Own relationships with LPs, co-investors, founders, and board members

Champion firm growth through team building, portfolio expansion, and fundraising

Represent the fund externally at events, conferences, and investor summits

Ideal Candidate

10+ years in institutional investing or high-growth company leadership

Track record of successful deals and portfolio company outcomes

Experience mentoring junior team members and scaling teams

Able to build trust with investors, founders, and advisors alike
