A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician III.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, systems hardware, software, and mobile devices
Collaborate with team members and senior technicians to resolve complex issues and improve processes
Manage a queue of technical support requests, prioritize issues, and document resolutions thoroughly
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma plus 5+ years of related experience, or Associate's degree plus 3+ years of related experience
Experience in a technical support or help desk role in a corporate environment
Proficiency in Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory management
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS) and experience with ticketing systems
Ability to work flexible hours as part of a 24 / 7 support model
