Key Responsibilities : Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgeries with a focus on quality outcomes and patient safety. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in plastic surgery and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care. Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Qualifications : Medical degree from an accredited medical school. BC / BE in Plastic Surgery. Valid and active medical license in the state of West Virginia. DEA certificate. Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Dedication to professional development and continuous learning.
