Shift : Nights /  6 : 45p-7 : 15a, 12x3, 36hrs / weekLength : 13 Weeks

Weekend Requirements : 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block.Holiday Requirements : Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).

Requirements :

AZ license

2 years of ER experience with trauma Level I and II accumulative experience in the past two to three years

1 year of Trauma I / II ER experience in the last three years

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHS

Gun Shot Wound and Stabbing experience preferred

TNCC preferred

Other details : 100 mile radius ruleCharting System-EpicRatios : 1 : 5 medical, 1 : 2-3 for UCY,1 : 6 for fast trackEpic EMR proficiency required - must have experience within the last two years.Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Any and all emergency needs.
