Job Description Summary

The role of the Spatial Data Manager (SDM) will be responsible for day-to-day functionality of the clients Space Management tool including data integrity of CAD floor plans occupant data and reporting (regular or ad hoc) for a client portfolio or set of buildings.

Principle Responsibilities

• ContributesubjectmatterexpertiseintheareasofspatialdatamanagementCAD / CAFMadministrationspaceandoccupancydataanalyticsandspaceutilizationmeasurement.
• Ensurecomplianceofclientspacedatastandardsestablishaconsistentdatagovernancemodel.
• Providevitallinkagebetweenspacemanagementplatformandindustrybestpractices;introduceinnovationtotheaccountteam / client.
• HoldexpertiseinCAD / CAFMandthemethodologiesandcalculationsusedtogenerateandanalyzeallocationdeliverables.
• Providesupportasnecessarytopeerteamsasitrelatestospaceoccupancyand / orutilizationdata.
• Contributetodatagovernanceprocess-controlofinputsourcesanddataconsistency
• Contributetodataconfidence-controlofdatameasurementstandardsandKPIs
• Establishcoreprogramstandardsforglobalspacenamingconventionsallocationmodelapplicationdrawingstandardsandreportingstandards
• Establishworkingrelationshipsandguidesthedevelopmentofrolesandresponsibilitieswithpartners
• Establishgovernanceprogram / processanddataqualityassurancereportingforglobalconsistencyofportfoliospaceandoccupancydata
• Proactivelymonitortheexecutionoftheclientspaceallocationmodelanddeliveryofreportinginaccordancewithclientspaceallocationprocess
• ServesasSPOCandglobalsystemadministratorforclientspacedatamanagementsystemenforcingusercontrolsandsystemcontinuity
• EnableallsystemintegrationeffortswiththeCAFMsystemtofurtherenhancetheavailabilityandqualityofspatialandoccupancydata
• Recommendprocessimprovementsandperformanceenhancementsintheuseoftheclientspacedatamanagementsystem
• Providesspacedatamanagementsystemtrainingforsystemusers
• Responsibleforguidingandreviewingrecommendationstoenhanceoperationalefficiencyservicedeliverycostsavingsandinnovativeserviceadvancementsforallfunctionalareas
• CoachthespaceteamleadershipineffectivespaceplanningandFF&Esolutiondevelopmentensuringcompliancewithestablishedprocessworkflowsandconsistentservicedeliveryforallprojecttypes

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is : $ 82450.00 - $97000.00
