Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver top talent
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for both technical and non-technical roles
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Skilled in sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines
Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
Comfortable assisting with basic IT coordination tasks
