Requirements :
Board Certification - Oncology AND Hematology preferred
CA State License - REQUIRED
Medical Oncology Fellowship - REQUIRED
CA DEA
BLS
ACLS - REQUIRED during credentialing
Malpractice - Clean Preferred
Must have FULL TIME availability - REQUIRED
