Job description

Project Engineer – Civil, Industrial & Commercial Concrete 📍 Location :

  • Multiple Project Sites in the Southeast (Travel Required) 🏢 Company : Gregory Construction Gregory Construction, a Christian-principled, award-winning contractor, is seeking a Project Engineer to support civil, industrial, and commercial concrete projects across the Southeast.
  • This role is essential in assisting project leadership to ensure work is executed safely, on time, within budget, and to Gregory’s high standards of quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide engineering support to Superintendents and Project Managers in daily field operations.
  • Review drawings, RFIs, and project documents to support accurate execution.
  • Assist with purchase order requisitions, material tracking, and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, records, and files.
  • Attend and contribute to project progress meetings.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, and resources to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Support in maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards on all project sites.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support project success.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of construction specifications, methods, and procedures.

    • Ability to apply engineering principles to solve construction challenges.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Previous construction internship, co-op, or field experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments.
