This is a remote position.

Location : Global (HQ Dubai; flexible / remote with travel)

With brands including JetLuxe (charter), Avia Prime (fractional ownership & aircraft management), Invictus (membership & jet-card program), Valens (affiliate / broker network), Flight Care (concierge & lifestyle services), and IT Link (technology arm), the Group is building the next-generation integrated aviation platform.

Our ambition is clear : scale into a $1B global leader by combining ultra-bespoke experiences with AI- and fintech-powered scalability. To do this, we need a CMO / CPO who can unify demand creation (marketing) and value creation (product / technology) into one growth engine.

The Challenge

Every competitor claims luxury; every regional operator pushes charters. JetLuxe is different : we're building a luxury lifestyle ecosystem with intelligence at its core. The mandate for the CMO / CPO is to :

  • Position JetLuxe as a credible global player (#4#5) in private aviation within 2436 months.
  • Deliver $60100M in incremental revenue within 24 months through integrated product and marketing execution.
  • Build a multi-loop growth flywheel where charter, fractional ownership, memberships, affiliates, concierge, and technology reinforce each other.
  • Ensure our brand has the cultural cachet of a luxury house, while our products deliver the efficiency of world-class technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Vision & Brand Leadership

  • Translate the CEO's vision into an actionable brand architecture and GTM strategy.
  • Establish JetLuxe as the most bespoke and intelligently orchestrated brand in aviation.
  • Own the brand equity roadmap, ensuring premium positioning across all regions and business units.
  • Product & Innovation

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap (fractional platform, digital booking, AI dispatch, concierge tools, fintech payments).
  • Act as Product Owner for major initiatives, working with IT Link to deliver market-ready solutions.
  • Introduce AI / ML pilots and scale proven innovations into core operations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Chair the Growth & Innovation Council (quarterly governance body with CEO, CFO, EVP, CCO, Flight Care, IT).
  • Align Marketing & Product with Sales, Finance, Ops, Flight Care, and Tech through defined integration points.
  • Share P&L accountability with CFO for marketing and product investments.
  • Marketing & Growth

  • Design and execute global GTM frameworks for all major launches (Dubai Airshow 2025, EBACE 2026, NBAA, MEBAA, LABACE, lifestyle events).
  • Lead integrated campaigns across PR, events, digital, affiliates, and partnerships.
  • Consolidate agency / vendor landscape into boutique, senior-led partners for world-class creative at startup efficiency.
  • Team Building

  • Grow Marketing team from 3 FTEs + agencies ? 810 global FTEs by 24 months.
  • Grow Product / Tech team from IT Link core ? 1215 specialists (PMs, UX, data / AI engineers).
  • Embed a culture of luxury craftsmanship + tech innovation.
  • Measurement & ROI

  • Implement KPI dashboards (CAC, LTV, brand equity lift, product adoption, operational efficiency).
  • Ensure every initiative passes defined Decision Criteria : revenue impact, brand equity, operational leverage, differentiation, scalability.
  • Operate under an agile budget model (810% of net revenues scaling to 1215% by 2026).
  • What Success Looks Like

  • By Q4 2025 : JetLuxe launches rebrand + Avia Prime at Dubai Airshow, creating industry-wide buzz.
  • By Q2 2026 : Avia Prime fractional platform live; AI-driven ops proven; JetLuxe seen as a top-5 global player.
  • By 2027 : $1B valuation trajectory secured through brand equity, diversified revenue streams, and a scalable tech / luxury model.
  • Requirements

  • 1215+ years senior leadership experience in luxury, aviation, fintech, or high-growth tech.
  • Proven track record of scaling brands globally and delivering measurable growth.
  • Experience managing P&L ownership for marketing and / or product portfolios.
  • Strong expertise in brand building, digital ecosystems, AI / ML integration, and GTM execution.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic C-suite level and hands-on execution level.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to work as a peer with CEO, CFO, CCO, EVP, IT.
  • Global perspective : comfortable navigating LATAM, MENA, EU, NA, and Asia markets.
