Compensation : $87,000 - $98,000

Responsibilities : What You’ll Do :

  • Meet with seniors and families, offering simple and customized solutions.
  • Educate clients on benefits, savings, and policy options.
  • Manage your schedule and appointments with a focus on results and service.
  • Build relationships that create lasting impact.

  • $75,000–$98,875 / yr (Top agents earn $107,000+).
  • Day-one vesting with full-service brokerage support.
  • Bonus compensation, retirement plans, and international travel incentives.

    • Qualifications : What It Takes :

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to grow.
  • Strong communicator with people skills. (Sales background a plus, not required).
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and coachable.
