Forklift Operator II
Monday-Thursday 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm

The Forklift Operator II is primarily responsible for safely operating complex powered material handling equipment (including the Order Picker, Turret, Drexel, etc.) for the purpose of product receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. This position is responsible for product safety, quality, legality, and integrity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders, and packaging components.
- Retrieve and put away pallets in a narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
- Load and unload pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines, by hand or using equipment.
- Sort, build, and wrap product on pallets to ensure compliance with customer expectations.
- Maintain accuracy of storage locations by performing daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance tasks.
- Perform other distribution work functions as needed based on business volume and operational needs.
Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 6 months of experience with daily power equipment operations; 1+ years preferred.Must meet all PPE and fall protection requirements.Ability to operate complex powered material handling equipment such as Order Picker, Turret, Drexel, etc.Comfortable working on equipment at extended heights.Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and flexibility in meeting deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer service driven.Strong team player.Physical & Cognitive Requirements (With or Without Accommodation)
