The Springs of Minecreek is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our professional rehab team. As a PTA, you’ll play a vital role in helping residents regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve greater independence—making a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do :

Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans that promote functional improvement

Monitor resident progress and provide feedback to the therapy team

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes

Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility strategies

What You Bring :

Active Arkansas PTA license

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Passion for helping others improve their strength, balance, and independence
