AHA BLS Provider CPR certification required at hire. AHA ACLS Provider certification required within 1 year. NIHSS (Bluecloud) certification required within 90 days. What You'll Do
- Direct and coordinate nursing care, ensuring patient outcomes through teamwork.
- Involve patients and families in care, including teaching and discharge planning.
- Communicate care plans with healthcare team members effectively.
- Assist leadership in defining excellence in patient care and participate in quality improvement.
- Engage in daily operational activities to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide input on unit needs to the Nurse Manager.
- Participate in committees for nursing and hospital policy formulation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
