Job Summary :

The Administrative Assistant will be working in our Nashville office. This individual will join a multi-disciplinary design team. This role will also include some project coordination, internal and external communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with multiple internal and external project managers / engineers in a team setting.
  • Produces letters, memos, and correspondence such as legal descriptions, agreements, reports, fee letters, studies, ads, proposals, specifications, tables, contracts, forms and all other business typing as requested by team personnel.
  • Format and proofread professional correspondence, technical and non-technical reports, and project proposals.
  • Files correspondence and other records.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Understand project fees / expenses and different types of project fees (hourly, fixed fee, reimbursable) that are utilized across multiple projects.
  • Prepare miscellaneous spreadsheets, charts, etc., as needed for project assistance.
  • Verify and / or correct formatting and proof CSI Engineering specifications.
  • Track, enter, and draft / edit submittals and RFIs from Contractors

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Experience in A / E / C preferred.
