Job descriptionOutstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary. Additional $30K geographic stipend. $15K stipend if cardiac proficient. Start date bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance available 8 weeks of time away from practice with no waiting period. Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, long-term / short-term disability, life insurance, and FSA 401(k) company match starting at 3% and increases with years of service 100% paid professional liability insurance. Occurrence-based. No tail required. 350 bed facility Hernando County s only comprehensive cardiovascular surgery program GME program which includes family medicine, internal medicine and transitional year programs First in the nation to have achieved 100% board certified emergency nurses 24 / 7 intensivist critical care coverage in its 36 bed ICU Certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center; comprehensive Women s Imaging Center with digital mammography

Job Summary :
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for skilled CRNAs to join the growing team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital.
Opportunity Highlights :
- Anesthesia care team model of 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs
- Case mix includes general, ortho, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI, endo
- Set schedule with flexible options : 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s and OB 24s available
- No call requirement with minimal weekends
- CRNAs are able to do A-lines, push own meds and perform some PNBs with demonstrated proficiency. Cardiac work available if desired.
