We are seeking an Operations Manager to help lead and optimize the front and back of house, ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description :

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all administrative, operational, and organizational aspects of the restaurant. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional who can implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), streamline processes, and support both FOH and BOH teams to deliver flawless service.

Key responsibilities include :

Manage daily operations of the restaurant’s front and back of house to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.

Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across all areas, including reservations, guest service, kitchen workflows, and inventory management.

Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance.

Monitor operational systems and tools, including Toast, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Resy, and other restaurant technology.

Collaborate with management, chefs, and service leadership to identify operational gaps and implement improvements.

Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure adherence to operational standards and service excellence.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications :

Minimum 2   years of experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

Proven experience managing both FOH and BOH operations in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.

Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to implement and enforce SOPs and operational workflows.

Exceptional attention to detail, ability to anticipate challenges, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.

Experience with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.

Understanding of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and operational reporting.

Professional demeanor, ability to thrive under pressure, and a passion for high-end hospitality.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
